We are a trustworthy handyman service that cares about people first and understands the importance of having your home or business safe and working the way you want it to. It’s your sacred space after all.

My name is Jason and I am the owner of Go To Property Maintenance, LLC.

I have over 10 years of handyman and property maintenance experience including:

  • Commercial property maintenance

  • Apartment maintenance

  • Home renovation including complete kitchen and bathroom remodels

  • Owner and handyman of rental properties for over 10 years

  • Installed tons of flooring and miles of fence.

How did I gain this experience? My first home was a duplex that needed lots of work. I was able to learn from my dad and uncles basic skills to fix up both units and rent one out and move into the other. This started my landlording experience.

At this time, I worked in an office job which was not really fulfilling the needs to help people more personally, work with my hands and not be chained to a desk. I needed more, so I chose to work in commercial property maintenance and learned a lot however, the travel all over the state was a no go for my young family.

Next, I chose apartment building maintenance technician locally which gave me even more repair experience. This job I had done for many years in many buildings in West Michigan until more recently when I decided to start my own business but I did not know how or what that was exactly.

An opportunity came along to build fences with a friend and that worked well for a time and gave me experience installing fences and gates that I hadn’t had before. It also gave me more time to work on building my business idea that eventually became Go To Property Maintenance LLC.

With that said, my combined experiences help me understand the challenges of maintaining a home, rental unit or business property and have given me the know how to help you get past them so you can have peace of mind. Let us be your “Go To” Handyman service.
